I recently stayed at The Lodge At Chichen Itza for a few days while exploring the nearby ancient ruins. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the archaeological site. The Mayan Bungalow I stayed in was beautifully designed and located near a peaceful nature trail. The hotel had three stunning pools, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel like home. it was a wonderful experience at a great price and I can't wait to return.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a private entrance to the nearby ruins and stunning views of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with jacuzzi bathtubs and beautiful stained glass windows. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay.
Some of the air conditioners in the rooms do not work properly, making it uncomfortable during hot weather.

We had a great value for our money at the Lodge At. The room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the location was historically significant. The staff treated us well and the grounds were magnificent.
The breakfast experience could have been better with more typical Mexican options.

I had the most incredible experience at the Lodge At. They have a private entrance to the Chichen Itza ruins, which allowed me to book the sunrise tour. Witnessing the sunrise over the ruins was truly breathtaking. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The proximity to the ruins was unbeatable, just steps away. The pools were a great way to relax after a long day exploring. The food, although not the best, was sufficient for a couple of meals. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

We had the most incredible stay at The Lodge. The staff greeted us with a delicious hibiscus drink and the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's proximity to Chichen Itza was a major plus. The staff made sure we had plenty of vegan options for our meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and cultural retreat.

The Lodge exceeded our expectations with its stunning location and friendly staff. The bungalow we stayed in was unique, with a roof made from dried palm leaves, and had strong air conditioning. The property had three pools, beautiful grounds with exotic plants, and an abundance of lovely birds. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the Mayan people were exceptional hosts. Our guide, Victor, at Chichen Itza was the highlight of our trip. He went above and beyond, staying with us longer and explaining everything in great detail, even allowing time for us to translate for our parents. It was well worth the price we paid. The separate entrance for hotel guests was convenient, although we had to pay the full price in pesos, so be prepared with the exact amount.
Felt extremely welcome, no complaints at all.

We stayed at this hotel for one night to visit the temple. The staff helped us organize a sunrise tour and made our stay feel homely. The hotel itself is a wonder, with private access to one of the seven wonders, lap pools, roaming peacocks, and an in-house planetarium. The cozy rooms and fantastic restaurant were the cherry on top. The best moment was seeing a peacock by the pool. our stay here was amazing and will linger on forever. Thank you, Solomun, for taking care of us!
Do recommend this hotel.

The location of the Lodge At was absolutely amazing. Being just a short walk away from the Chichen Itza ruins was a dream come true. We were able to avoid the crowds and have a peaceful experience exploring the historical site. The hotel grounds were also stunning, with beautiful scenery and expansive walking grounds. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They all spoke perfect English, which made communication easy. They went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan dietary needs, with the chef even creating special Maya cuisine inspired dishes for us. The size of our room, the Sarah Brightman room, was huge and had its own private quarters and veranda. It was a peaceful and quiet space surrounded by nature.

Beautiful resort with stunning grounds. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The direct entrance to the ruins was a game-changer, allowing for a hassle-free visit. Great service from check-in to check-out. Accommodations were excellent with comfortable rooms. The private entrance to the archaeological site was a major advantage as it allowed us to explore without the crowds. The sunrise tour was highly recommended and totally worth it. The guides were knowledgeable and provided interesting insights into the history of the site and Mayan culture.
The hotel staff refused to help with mailing postcards, as there were no available stamps. Limited dining options in the area due to early closing times of nearby restaurants.
